The whole staff is super nice. Shraddha is your go to girl for all the beauty services and everyone else is very experienced with hair care. They inform, they ask your preference. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this place 😊😊

I’ve never been this upset or disappointed after receiving a service. I visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
When I arrived, no one informed me upfront that there was a power outage. The staff only casually mentioned that the water was lukewarm due to the lack of electricity. Assuming they had a backup system, as most professional salons do, I decided to go ahead since lukewarm water is ok with me. However, once the pedicure began, I was told that the pedicure machine wouldn’t be working. Shortly after, even the lukewarm water ran out and I was left soaking my hands in cold water.
Even worse, my hands weren’t soaked for even 30 seconds, which meant the cuticles weren’t properly softened or removed. The chair was broken and pushed up against a wall, forcing me to twist uncomfortably just so the technician could access my hands. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was anything but.
Since there was no power, I asked whether the UV machine would work to dry my nail polish, and was told it wouldn’t. So I said I’d return the next day to have my nails dried properly, and the technician agreed. However, the power was back on, but despite asking three times, she still didn’t use the UV dryer. I have no idea why she even agreed to me coming the next day if they were not planning to use uv. I explained that I had an important event to attend and needed the polish to be set properly, but she opted to use a blow dryer instead. As expected, my nails weren’t fully dried and got smudged before I even left the salon.
I showed the damage, and while they did offer to redo them, I was so frustrated by the overall lack of professionalism and so much incompetence that I declined and left.
I looked at the positive reviews and decided to give them a chance. But looking back, I realize that most of those reviews are for hair services. I regret not going to a proper salon.
